Svyatoslav Vakarchuk, lead vocalist of the band Okean Elzy, was due to tour the world with his band in April to promote their new album. But he has found himself on an altogether different tour – playing hospitals, railway concourses and bomb shelters in front of crowds of refugees and military personnel.
