The Fighter weigh-ins for UFC Vegas 88 took place today, Friday March 15th.
UFC Vegas 88 takes place tomorrow, Saturday March 16th at the UFC Apex facility in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The main event will feature a heavyweight bout between Tai Tuivasa (15-6 MMA) and Marcin Tybura (24-8 MMA).
‘Bam-Bam’ is looking to get back in the win column after 3 losses in a row in the cage. The 30-year-old was defeated by Ciryl Gane (12-2 MMA), Sergei Pavlovich (18-2 MMA), and most recently Alexander Volkov (37-10 MMA).
‘Tybur’ last fought and was defeated by Tom Aspinall (14-3 MMA) by TKO in July of last year. The 38-year-old had previously defeated Alexander Romanov (17-2 MMA) and Blagoy Ivanov (19-6 MMA) respectively.
The co-main event of UFC Vegas 88 will see Bryan Battle (11-2 MMA) vs. Ange Loosa (10-3 MMA) in a welterweight clash.
‘The Butcher’ is looking to make it 3 wins in a row when he meets Loosa tomorrow night. The 29-year-old previously fought and defeated Gabriel Green (11-5 MMA) and A.J. Fletcher (10-3 MMA).
‘The Last Ninja’ also has 2 victories in the Octagon coming into Saturday’s fight, with unanimous decision wins over A.J. Fletcher and Rhys McKee (13-5 MMA).
