TMZ files an emergency motion to prevent a former employee from testifying in Depp vs. Heard case
TMZ has filed an emergency motion to prevent a former employee from testifying in the Johnny Depp and Amber Heard defamation case, Yahoo News reported.

The motion details a concern by TMZ that relates to an article it published on August 12, 2016, ‘Johnny Depp Goes Off On Amber…Smashes Wine Glass, Bottle.’

Heard’s team them brought up tweets that Night had allegedly sent out responding to Twitter user ‘The Umbrella Guy’ stating that he was with Depp and Heard all night and that Heard was acting ‘jealous and crazy.’

Jennifer Howell, a former friend of Amber Heard’s sister Whitney Henriquez, is the next witness called by Depp’s team. She appeared via video deposition Tuesday.
