Sunflower Bean Share New Single ‘Teach Me To Be Bad’

Sunflower Bean have shared their new single ‘Teach Me To Be Bad’.

The band have switched coasts, now operating out of Los Angeles. Their next move is to tap back into their roots, however, with incoming EP ‘Shake’ being formed out of their DIY ethics.

Taking control of every aspect of the recording process, the sound strips away any effects to leave three close friends at its core. In a note, Sunflower Bean say ‘Shake’ was “inspired by our first years as a DIY band, the spirit that birthed us and gave us the chance to have this enduring journey together…”

New single ‘Teach Me To Be Bad’ is out now, and it ripples with excitement. A taut, lean, indie burner with some psychedelic overtones, the song is about how “a chance meeting with a special person can change your life forever. It can be exhilarating and frightening to fall madly for someone you barely know.”
