Irish band Sprints have shared two brand new songs.

The band’s excellent ‘Letter To Self’ album landed back in January, gaining across-the-board plaudits. Since then, Sprints have hit the road, bringing their potent indie rock anthems to life night after pulsating night.

Set to play a string of festivals – and a support slot with PIXIES – this summer, Sprints have just laid out plans for some big headline dates. Set to play Bristol’s Marble Factory on November 12th, you can catch them at London’s historic O2 Forum Kentish Town on November 13th.

All-new Black Box Sessions is out now, containing two songs that tap into the “chaos and catharsis” of their recent album. ‘Drones’ and ‘Help Me, I’m Spiralling’ are gifts to fans, with Sprints commenting:

We’re happy to share the remnants of the chaos and catharsis that was the ‘Letter To Self’ recording process. A reimagination of an old favourite, and a new track too, the Black Box Sessions include ‘Drones’ and ‘Help Me, I’m Spiralling’, two tracks that explore themes of uncertainty, anxiety and doubt. Embrace the madness and the noise.”
