f) 1A DB Power Snatch x 5
g) 1A DB Power Clean Thruster x 5
h) 1A DB RDL (Opposite Leg) x 5
i) 1A Swing x 5 / Leg
j) Goblet Squat x 5 then switch arms and repeat on the other side

Rest 90-120 secs between sets.
