South American group StarAce have shared their new single ‘Dark Side’.
The band hail from São Paulo, a group of brothers – Julio, Luiz and Thomaz Starace – who grew up infatuated by music. Drawn to rock in its most classic form, they fell hard for everyone from Bob Dylan to KISS via Tom Petty.
It all comes tumbling out in their own music, which has gained plaudits at home and abroad. Playlisted by two of São Paulo’s biggest radio stations, they’ve gained plaudits from Rolling Stone Brazil in the process.
New single ‘Dark Side’ finds StarAce amplifying their sound, attempting to push themselves further and further. Finessing their approach, the brothers rely on their innate chemistry, with their bold live appeal coming through loud and clear.
