Brighton songwriter Sam Tompkins has shared new single ‘lose it all’.

The one-time busker has a unique gift for communication, some his Top 10 project ‘who do you pray to?’ excelled in on its release earlier this year. A wonderful collection of songs, it found Sam Tompkins speaking his truth to a growing army of fans.

A sold out UK tour followed, including a show at O2 Forum Kentish Town in London, before Sam completed a string of performances on the continent.

New single ‘lose it all’ is the first sign of his incoming debut album, a beautifully soulful lament with one of his most emotive vocals yet. Expertly constructed, ‘lose it all’ finds Sam Tompkins digging deep, and in a note to fans he reveals that the song “is about letting that special someone know you appreciate them before it’s too late. Something I never want to have to experience the wrong side of…”

Poignant and reflective, ‘lose it all’ reiterates Sam Tompkins’ incredible artistry – this could be a real breakthrough moment for the humble South Coaster.

Tune in now.
