Jon Rahm surged ahead at just the right time.

After a late start to the final round of the 2023 Masters due to two days of weather delays, Rahm quickly caught up to and flew past Brooks Koepka on Sunday afternoon to claim his first Masters win and the iconic green jacket at Augusta National. Koepka held a two-shot lead to start the day, and Rahm ran ahead to a four-shot win.

The win marked his second major win, which makes him just the second player from Spain to ever win more than one. He also returned to No. 1 in the Official World Golf Rankings, too.

Phil Mickelson carded the best round of the day with a 65 to move into second place at the time. He finished tied with Koepka in second in what was his best round at Augusta National.

The final round did not include Tiger Woods, who withdrew Sunday morning.
