BLACKPINK star Lisa has grabbed Rosalía for her latest single ‘New Woman’.
The single is a real statement of feminine pop energy, combining two absolute leaders of their respective fields. Lisa as a key component of BLACKPINK, while Catalan peer Rosalía blends the electronic underground with a deep sense of her roots.
Out now, ‘New Woman’ brings the two together, and it’s an absolute masterstroke. A delicious piece of pop music, Tove Lo is credited as a co-writer – and she also pops up as a background vocalist, too.
The video is fantastic, bringing back those early-00s reference points – was out for a massive photocopier, a flip phone, and more.
