Ontario pop voice Leith Ross returns with new single ‘(You) On My Arm’.

The songwriter is now based in Winnipeg, but she has deep heritage over here; indeed, the title of their 2020 EP ‘Motherwell’ namechecks their Scottish roots, and Leith is of course an area of Edinburgh.

Since then, Leith Ross has shared a flurry of singles, including the ultra-catchy ‘We’ll Never Have Sex‘ and the nimble word play of ‘Orlando‘.

New single ‘(You) On My Arm’ is out now, and it’s a pre-Valentine’s gift to fans. A celebration of queer love, it’s about crushing hard, and trying to keep your feelings in check.

A song about yearning, ‘(You) On My Arm’ is also really fun, with Leith just about keeping their flirtatious vibes in check. She comments…

“This song is about having a massive crush on someone. It happens, fortunately and unfortunately. I hope it can help with any yearning you may feel the need to do. That’s what it has done for me. I love being gay.”

Tune in now.
