Vans launches the most elevated extension of the brand to date.
Last week at Paris Men’s Fashion Week, guests gathered along the Seine River at the Pont Alexandre III as Vans introduced ‘OTW by Vans’, its most premium collection to date.
Vans erected a monumental skateboarding installation, created in partnership with Unitedfront, PLAYLAB, INC., and California Skateparks, with a performance by King Krule.
Guests at the event included Lourdes Leon, Amelia Gray Hamlin, Fai Khadra, Bakar, Evan Mock, Sam Worthington, Lara Worthington, Haider Ackermann, Elizabeth Von Guttman, Okay Kaya, Steìphane Bak, Tommy Ton, Lev Tanju & Gareth Skewis, Travis ‘Taco’ Bennett, Devyn Garcia, Mae Mei Lapres, Alexia Elkaim, Sabrina Fuentes, Shane Gonzales, Jordan Vickors, Sonny Hall, Dexter Navy, Ian Ginoza, Matt George, Archie Lee Coates IV, Jeff Franklin, and more.
Guests watched the Vans Skateboarding team which included Beatrice Domond, Etienne Gagne, Rowan Zorilla, Lizzie Armanto, Mami Tezuka, Zion Wright, Diego Todd, and Axel Cruysberghs, skate the OTW bt Vans skate installation before the Eiffel Tower and to the music of Onyx Collective. As the sun set after the skating event, King Krule took to the stage and performed before a growing audience which included Parisian citizens on the bridge.
Following the three-day installation, OTW by Vans in partnership with California Skateparks is giving back to the French community by donating elements of the skate installation to Cosanostra Skatepark.
