Many have accused Kim K of staging the robbery in Paris and now the reality star is making it clear that she’s not here for all the false accusations.
Roughly a week after Kim’s horrific ordeal in Paris, the mother of two is taking legal action against those who accused her of lying about the whole robbery – starting with MediaTakeOut.com.
According to TMZ, Kim has filed a federal lawsuit against MediaTakeOut for three posts they wrote about her Parisian robbery. One of the posts alleged that there was clear evidence that Kim staged the robbery, while the other two claimed that Kim actually let the robbers into the apartment and that she created the robbery to file an insurance claim.
After catching wind of these stories, Kim immediately had her lawyers contact the site to retract the posts and apologize, but since the site did not respond to her demands, she’s taking them to court. In the legal documents obtained by TMZ, Kim apparently called out the site’s use of ‘sources,’ by saying that they’re all random people from various social media sites.
MediaTakeOut had no comment on the matter.
While that legal mess is going on, sources close to Kim K revealed more details on the robbery to TMZ. The insider revealed that Kim told the police the robbers, who apparently wore police uniforms that looked like they came from a Halloween store, seemed like amateurs the whole time. They were reportedly hesitant throughout the ordeal and Kim even recalled that at one point that it seemed as if they were arguing about how to pull off the heist.
Well, if these guys who robbed Kim were in fact amateurs, it definitely showed because a diamond necklace was found on a sidewalk outside the apartment complex a day after the robbery happened.
With all of that being said, do you think this robbery will be solved soon? Let me know in the comment section below.
