Katie London Offers Precocious Pop On ‘feelings n stuff’

Pop voice Katie London lays it all out on new EP ‘feelings n stuff’.

The self-described Essex girl is wearing her identity with pride, assembling a triplicate of autobiographical pop nuggets on her new release. Out now, ‘feelings n stuff’ may have a self-effacing title, but there’s a charming directness to her lyricism – think a more up to date Lily Allen and you’d be close.

Reminiscent in style of those early Demi Lovato bops or Olivia Rodrigo at her most colourful, Katie London’s pop elixir thrives on honesty.

Opening with the aptly titled ‘Loud’, she isn’t about to be ignored – continuing with ‘Someone To Love’ it ends with the wistful ‘Memory’.

I’m very proud to say I wrote and recorded this EP myself. ‘Feelings N Stuff’ really does what it says on the tin, it’s all my feelings in three songs written after I stepped back from being an artist.

I wanted to release music that’s been sitting on my computer collecting dust for last past few years and I’m forever sorry to myself for thinking I wasn’t good enough to be an artist! I’m now getting my confidence back and it’s feeling amazing releasing music again!
