Jake Paul has sent a challenge to former UFC champion Sean Strickland after sparring Sneako.
Earlier today, ‘Tarzan’ was seen on a live stream alongside controversial Rumble streamer, Sneako. The influencer had been training boxing for a few months and decided to step into the octagon with Sean Strickland at the UFC Apex. Predictably, Sneako was battered in the sparring session.
At first, Sean Strickland seemed to be taking things slow with the streamer. However, the former UFC champion quickly turned up the pressure and began brutalizing him. Sneako’s corner threw in the towel several times, but that didn’t deter Strickland. Instead, he kept on punching and bloodied the influencer.
Jake Paul seemingly has an issue with Sean Strickland’s behavior during the sparring session. The professional boxer and PFL fighter took aim at ‘Tarzan’ earlier today on X. In the lengthy post, ‘The Problem Child’ offered Strickland $1 million to fight him in Puerto Rico. He also referenced the last time he got into a spat with a UFC fighter, his 2022 feud with Paddy Pimblett.

Jake Paul slams Sean Strickland following sparring session with streamer Sneako
“Shawn Strickland you’re embarrassing for trying to stop sneako like that,” Jake Paul wrote on X earlier today. “you weren’t even able to drop someone with no experience while going all out. You’re a horrid boxer that only picks on inexperienced people..I’ll fly you to PR and we can fight on camera… if you win I’ll give you $1 million (half your net worth) But if you get dropped you have to get Betr tattooed on you. DM me. But just like paddy I’m guessing you’ll find a way to run.”
Quickly, Sean Strickland replied: “You lost to a part-time boxer lol….”
Jake Paul’s offer to Sean Strickland doesn’t come as much of a surprise. Since starting his boxing career in 2020, ‘The Problem Child’ has made bets with multiple opponents. Former UFC champion Tyron Woodley famously got a tattoo after losing to Paul by split decision in August 2021.
The YouTuber-turned-boxer also made a bet prior to his first career loss to Tommy Fury last February. Jake Paul famously stated that he would put his purse on the line against ‘TNT’. However, following the split-decision loss, he declined to pay Fury, as the deal was only a handshake one.
As far as Sean Strickland is concerned, he’s likely preparing for a return to the octagon. Last month at UFC 297, ‘Tarzan’ lost his middleweight title to Dricus du Plessis by split decision. The defeat was a controversial one, however, with Strickland blasting the judges, and the newly crowned champion post-fight.
