Drew Dober wants a fight with one of the most violent fighters in the UFC.

Moments after his second-round KO of Bobby Green at UFC Vegas 66, Dober issued a call-out to Jalin Turner, the ’6-foot-3 monster’ he would love to share the Octagon with in the near future. The ‘Tarantula’ responded, and said he ‘already made the call’ for Dober.

If that fights fails to materialize, Dober has another one in mind for his next appearance. The UFC lightweight took to Twitter to call-out Michael Chandler.

“With all these potential match up ideas and everyone’s opinions on outcome,” wrote Dober. “My only thought is, ‘There is only one way to find out’.

“I love competing against guys I respect and I’ve been a fan of his for years,” continued Dober. “If Conor refuses, I’m ready for the violence.”

Coming off a third-round rear-naked choke loss to Dustin Poirier at UFC 281 this past November, Chandler has set his sights on Conor McGregor, the former two-division UFC champion expected to return to competition soon. The ‘Notorious’ one has not fought since suffering a broken leg in his third fight with the aforementioned Poirier.

According to ‘Iron,’ all signs are pointing at him vs. McGregor happening in 2023, so Dober may have to wait for an opportunity against the one-time title challenger.

With the win over Green, Dober tied Poirier for the most KO wins in UFC lightweight history (8). The Elevation Fight Team product also extended his win streak to three.
