Harri Pick returns with new EP ‘Dangerous Nostalgia’.
The songwriter grew up in Somerset, obsessed with music from a young age. Travelling to London, she quickly immersed herself in the city’s labyrinthine music scene, plunging head-first into new opportunities.
Matching her studies at The London College of Music, debut EP ‘Dying Youth’ emerged in July 2021, an AWAL backed release that picked up praise from BBC Introducing in the West presenter Sarah Gosling.
Continuing to fight for space to evolve, Harri Pick has completed work on her new EP. Out now, ‘Dangerous Nostalgia’ matches biting guitar pop to melodic aspects, all fused together with her lyrical insight.
Harri Pick comments…
“I asked my dad for money for my birthday. He asked me how much I wanted and instead gave me £1. The EP is basically about that.”
Out now, it’s packed with fan favourites, with the likes of ‘Broke’ and ‘Big Tantrum Kids’ already becoming key aspects of her live set. Given a studio sheen, Harri Pick finesses her work, while also absorbing fresh ideas.
Tune in now.
