First Aid Kit’s ‘Turning Onto You’ Is A Gilded Return

First Aid Kit have shared new song ‘Turning Onto You’.

The Swedish duo are back, breaking cover this summer with their first piece of new music since 2019. A new album is incoming, alongside a massive UK tour that includes two nights at London’s eventim Apollo.

New LP ‘Palomino’ is out on November 4th, with First Aid Kit sharing a special preview a few moments ago. ‘Turning Onto You’ is a wonderfully Autumnal piece of music, those close harmonies perfectly suited to jumper season.

Lifted up by that gorgeous brass section, the Americana elements are pivoted against a slinky, bass-led groove. First Aid Kit comment…

It was truly a team effort with an amazing brass section by Goran Kajfês and Per Johansson, a laid-back groove by Moussa Fadera, and killer George Harrison-slide guitar by Daniel Bengtson.
