Surveillance video from an East Cleveland gas station shows the minutes before Ernest Phillips shot and killed Roger Ashley Jr. Ashley’s brother, Francisco Ashley, photobombed Phillips during a FaceTime conversation with his girlfriend, sparking an argument. Phillips was convicted of murder and other charges and sentenced to life in prison.
