DIY Welding Fume Extractor for Motorcycle Exhaust Maintenance. This week I’m finishing up the 2015 Kawasaki Ninja 1000 ABS by doing an oil and filter change plus a radiator fluid antifreeze coolant flush and a front and rear brake fluid flush. The brake fluid was BLACK!
In order to run the motorcycle inside the workshop, I decided to try out the $60 Dollar DIY Welding Fume Extractor as an exhaust fume extractor on the motorcycle exhaust. I had to modify it a little for the dual exhaust but I’m happy to say that it worked AWESOME! ZERO fumes in the workshop. Now I can safely run my motorcycles inside without the worry of poisoning myself.
I try to include helpful tips and tricks in every episode to help save you time and money. In this video I’ve included some tips on changing brake fluid, pouring brake fluid, changing oil, torquing fasteners and tricks on performing your own maintenance. I also include some helpful part numbers.
