The visionary figure together the influence of his travels, developing a swimwear label that sits between high fashion, sport and activism.

Let’s Swim is making its debut with a vacation-ready womenswear collection, flaunting an array of swimsuits, bikinis and beachwear pieces.

Birthed from the mastermind of David Koma, the leading force brings an environmentally conscious vision to swimwear. Known for his work as artistic director at Mugler, Koma approaches his next steps with chic, future-facing designs that aim for versatility, utilising cut-out patterns, dynamic materials and the instantly recognisable shark logo. Inspired by the carefree escapism of travelling and beach getaways, the designer photographs his models with an 80s twist, taking candid shots as they race across the ocean on a jet ski, dive underwater and take in the sun rays.

With 96% of the swimwear using ECOYNYL, a regenerated nylon yard made up of pre and post-consumer waste, each piece strives for a greener future. Throughout, Koma ensures his ready-to-wear collection is composed of organic cotton and recycled polyamide, using wholly recyclable packaging across the entire range. With hopes to strengthen community projects and improve safety for marine biodiversity by partnering with conservationists, initiatives and divers, Let’s Swim discovers a fine balance between high fashion, activewear and activism.

Marking an exciting new venture for David Koma, Let’s Swim’s latest collection is accelerating towards the summer season in style and confidence.
