River I and stumbled upon this land while exploring North Central Oregon. We were excited, as the forecast was for snow…outta bed early and on the road trying to beat the rest of you to the field….we were disappointed at first by the sheet of ice covering the land. It warmed up , the fog rolled in and River found the birds!
