Canada House will return to The Great Escape this year.

The Brighton bash is set to be a colossal exhibition of new talent, seeming to grow in size and stature with each passing year. Occupying virtually every available space on the south coast, the line-up spans different countries and territories from around the globe.

As is now tradition, Canada House is set to fling open its doors for a three-day showcase of breaking Canadian music. Taking control of Green Door Store – one of Brighton’s coolest independent venues – Canada House will platform music from each Canadian province, a cross-genre feast of underground music.

Launching on May 16th, the line-up includes NYSSA, Marissa Burwell, Desiree Dawson, Maggie Andrew, Vox Rea, and Fold Paper.

The day-time events continue on May 17th, with Canada House once more presenting a jam-packed bill. Expect sets from Moira & Clare, Begonia, Aysanabee, St. Arnaud, Montreal psych-pop troupe Corridor, and Bon Enfant.

The final part of the three-day triptych takes place on May 18th, opening with a performance from Jake Vaadeland & The Sturgeon River Boys. Joining them on the bill are Soran, Haviah Mighty, Witch Prophet, Kuzi Cee, and Winona Forever.

Catch Canada House at Brighton’s Green Door Store on May 16th – 18th as part of The Great Escape 2024.
