Nigerian riser Bloody Civilian has shared new single ‘How To Kill A Man’ in full.

The songwriter cemented her intro with a stellar spot on  the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever soundtrack, with the anthemic ‘Wake Up’ featuring the irresistible Rema.

‘How To Kill A Man’ is Bloody Civilian in her purest form, a bold statement of inventive originality. A statement of feminine power, it moves from punchy lyrics to something more tongue-in-cheek, with Bloody Civilian proving to master light and shade.

The visuals were shot in Lagos, with Bloody herself directly. Highlighting those themes of empowerment, it also matches the satirical streak that runs through the single.

“I wanted to show a well-rounded story of women’s power and togetherness. Ironically this also came through in production as well; we had a very beautiful and willing team and everybody came through in a beautiful way.”
