The “Bear Complex” CrossFit Benchmark WOD is a little different than the classic strict barbell complex of the same name. In the CrossFit version you can string the movements together: http://wodwell.com/wod/bear-complex/?ref=social />- SUBSCRIBE: http://wodwell.co/yt_sub

Three athletes took on the Bear Complex WOD in their gym’s back yard outside of New Orleans, LA. Kristen took her time, resting more than both guys in between sets. She finished slow and steady with a 20 lb+ PR at 105 lbs. Beaux tried both fast and slow, failing his first attempt at the fifth round (175 lbs) because he spent too much time under the bar. He came back minutes later and finished at the same weight. David had limited time to complete the workout and had to push the pace…which contributed to him failing in his fourth round at 140 lbs, getting a DNF.
