Alex Spencer Soars On New EP ‘There’s Gotta Be More’

Rising force Alex Spencer has shared his new EP ‘There’s Gotta Be More’ in full.

The songwriter made a quick impression locally, his shows packed out by eager fans. Since signing with indie label Modern Sky UK (Red Rum Club, The Lottery Winners, The Lathums) however he’s gone national, playing some epic shows in the process.

Out now, ‘There’s Gotta Be More’ EP follows a string of ace singles, with opener ‘Love And Let Go’ displaying Alex Spencer at his most assured. ‘Nightmares’ pivots to the dark, while the title song hinges on the songwriter’s innate optimism.

It’s part of a busy summer for Alex Spencer. This very eve he supports the Lathums and Jake Bugg at Robins Park, while he recently supported Jamie Webster at Sefton Park.
