The Real Housewife sang The Weather Girls’ “It’s Raining Men” ahead of the reveal on the Fox reality-singing competition

THIS POST CONTAINS spoilers for this week’s episode of Fox’s The Masked Singer.

It was a night of one-hit wonders during the seventh episode of Fox’s The Masked Singer Season 10, where a final batch of contestants sang and twirled onstage as exaggerated table ornaments and savory desserts.

In The Masked Singer’s smackdown this week, Anteater gave a folky rendition of Toni Basil’s “Hey, Mickey,” while Hibiscus dipped her yellow-tipped petals to the bubblegum pop tune. Panelist Jenny McCarthy was the only one to correctly guess former Real Housewives of New York City star Luann de Lesseps, aka Countess Luann, aka the woman behind the single “Chic C’est La Vie.” After leaning into clues like New York’s historical landmark the Statue of Liberty, she didn’t hesitate to praise and celebrate the reality star following the reveal.

“Oh my god! I got to see her perform live on The Masked Singer,” McCarthy said, following the reveal.

After singing “It’s Raining Men,” The Countess leaned in to smooch host Nick Cannon. In Season Nine, Cannon joked de Lesseps was his “new baby mama” as she presented a clue on the singing competition. Now, covered in a tropical plant costume, de Lesseps didn’t hesitate to tease the show’s host.

“You hug and kiss everyone, darling,” she cooed to Cannon, who joked that The Countess was his “future baby mama.”

During the episode, Hibiscus gave clues including a gingerbread house, a stint in the hospital, a resemblance to Sharon Stone, and rubbing elbows with Elton John and David Bowie. Panelists incorrectly guessed Kim Cattrall, Hannah Waddingham, and Janice Dickinson.

“My life has been part-soap opera, part-comedy of errors,” de Lessepps shared before the reveal.

De Lesseps plans to appear in The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: RHONY Legacy on Peacock this December, following the trailer’s release at BravoCon last weekend. Beyond reality TV stardom, she has run into legal trouble in the past. The Countess was arrested in December 2017 for battery, resisting arrest, and disorderly intoxication, and, after violating her probation in 2019, said, “ I paid very dearly, for the last year, for one very big mistake,” on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.

The night also featured performances by Donut, who sang Blue Swede’s “Hooked on a Feeling”; Anteater, who serenaded audiences with Marc Cohn’s “Walking in Memphis”; and Candelabra’s soulful performance of Amerie’s “1 Thing.” Last week’s episode saw Teen Wolf star Tyler Posey be unmasked as Hawk, and in earlier episodes LGBT trailblazer and tennis icon Billie Jean King, “King of Trash Talk” Michael Rapaport, and Vanderpump Rules supervillain Tom Sandoval were all revealed.
