Psychologist Jo Hemmings analyses Prince Harry, what he says in his book Spare and how he has acted in his media appearances around the book.
In her psychological analysis Jo says Prince Harry ‘felt the need’ to get all of this truth out there but she says while he didn’t intend to harm anyone, the fallout from the book has been destructive.
She says while the book could be a cry for help but Harry didn’t intend it to be. In his interview with Tom Bradby Jo says Harry is full of contradictions and is suffering from a ‘Messiah Complex’ and he believes he is the only person who can save the Royal Family.
While Harry says he wants a reconciliation with his family, Jo says all Harry is done is ensure the Royal Family will not apologise and cannot ‘seriously be expecting a reconciliation’.
On Prince William, Jo believes Harry loves his brother but it is layered with anger, bitterness, resent and revenge.
